For Planning Meetings -
Meetings will be scheduled within 2 to 4 weeks from inquiry.

For Coordination Services -
It is suggested to book at least 4 to 6 months in advanced or as soon as the venue has been secured. Month and week of inquiries will not be accepted unless there is an emergency situation and availability allows me to provide services. I only book two couples per month, per season. Please see current availability at the bottom of this page.

For Elevated Urban Elopements -
It is suggested to book at least 2-6 months advanced. Month and week of inquiries are accepted for weekday elopements only.

For Coordination Services -
The date will be held for 5 weeks after the invoice and contract have been sent. A deposit of 50% will be due to secure the date.

For Elevated Urban Elopements -
The date will be held for 3 weeks after the invoice and contract have been sent. A deposit of 50% will be due to secure the date.

For Planning Meetings -
A $15 dollar non refundable deposit will be due to secure meeting time. This amount goes towards the total $80 fee.

During this 2 hour virtual or phone meeting, we will review any planning roadblocks, vendor suggestions and tips from a professional that has worked many events. 48 hours after the meeting concludes, you will sent a three page resource packet that goes over topics covered in the meeting.

Site visits start at $100 for time and travel within the Maricopa County. For outside of Maricopa County, site visits start at $120.

Many refer to this concept as a “Pop Up” Chapel. I disagree with the idea of calling it a pop up because it sounds like there was no intention with picking the space, day and people you surround yourself with.

The idea is simple: Get married in a unique location that identifies with you as a couple. Surrounded by the most important people in your life. You have a good meal or drink to celebrate the new chapter. If you like to dance? We’ll find you somewhere for you to go dance. You want to play bored games and watch movies until you see the sunrise? We’ll make that happen.

It’s not a cheap alternative to a wedding day. It’s celebrating you as a individual couple. Not fitting you into a package with the words “basic” or “simple” in the wording when all you want to do is spend less that 5k on your wedding day. I don’t think thats to much to ask, but its going to take some risks. And one of the is rejecting pressure to have the most picture perfect day.

Every culture is different. In Korea, the whole wedding is usually under 2-3 hours. In India, the whole wedding could last up to 7 days. Discuss what values are most important to you as a couple.
