For Coordination Services -
The date will be held for 5 weeks after the invoice and contract have been sent. A deposit of 50% will be due to secure the date.

For Intimate Gatherings & Micro- Weddings -
The date will be held for 3 weeks after the invoice and contract have been sent. A deposit of 50% will be due to secure the date.

For Planning Meetings -
A $15 dollar non refundable deposit will be due to secure meeting time. This amount goes towards the total $80 fee.

During this 1 hour virtual or phone meeting, we will review any planning roadblocks, vendor suggestions and tips from a professional that has worked many events. 48 hours after the meeting concludes, you will sent a three page resource packet that goes over topics covered in the meeting.

Site visits start at $100 for time and travel within the Maricopa County. For outside of Maricopa County, site visits start at $120.

The idea is simple: Get help with having your wedding ceremony in a unique location or private residence that identifies with you as a couple. Surrounded by the most important people in your life (30 or less). You have a good meal or drink to celebrate the new chapter. If you like to dance? We’ll find you somewhere for you to go dance. You want to play board games and watch movies until you see the sunrise? We’ll make that happen.

It’s not a cheap alternative to a wedding day. It’s celebrating you as a individual couple. Not fitting you into a package with the words “basic” or “simple” in the wording when all you want to do is spend less that 10k on your wedding day.

Decor set up includes: setting table arrangements, ceremony details and foamboard or table sized signage. Floral installs, drape styling or structure load in will require additional charges.

Pricing also includes returning to the venue to collect decor and help load into personal vehicles at the end of the night.

Starting price does not include picking up or returning any items or rentals. All decor must be delivered to the venue and it is the client’s responsibility to take the decor home at the end of the night.
